ICS Learn represents the second international acquisition for Groupe Skill & You, following its acquisition of Ilerna Online in Spain in 2019 and it consolidates Skill & You’s position as the leading European provider of online vocational education.
ICS Learn has a long history (dating back to 1889!) and has established itself as the UK’s #1 provider of online HR (CIPD) qualifications as well as offering a range of other professional and vocational qualifications in the domains of accounting, management and leadership, marketing etc. Through its highly flexible online offering it is able to address customers (both B2C and B2B) at a global level.
As part of the acquisition process, Edacto conducted an assessment of the market dynamics and outlook, competitive positioning of ICS Learn as well as the growth prospects and development opportunities for the business as part of the Skill & You group.
